On December 13th we will visit the Manatee Viewing Center, TECO Clean Energy Center, Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center, and the Youth Conservation Center. This field trip focuses on learning about Florida’s marine ecosystems, the biotic and abiotic factors, and how humans impact the ecosystems.

About the event
On December 13th we will visit the Manatee Viewing Center, TECO Clean Energy Center, Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center, and the Youth Conservation Center. This field trip focuses on learning about Florida’s marine ecosystems, the biotic and abiotic factors, and how humans impact the ecosystems.
This field trip is for ages 7 to 18. Siblings out of the age range may attend, but please limit to no more than 2 children.
This field trip does require a lot of walking. Please be prepared. Closed-toed shoes are preferred.
I am aware that an adult has to be present. I agree to pay a $10 participation fee per family and I’m responsible for any additional fees associated with the field trip location. I am responsible for my scholar's transportation and will monitor him/her while attending.
